Piersol Construction

Piersol Construction Inc has participated in the AGC 401K program for more than 15 years. The program has adapted to the needs of employees by making access to their funds when special needs arise and provided a good rate of return on their contributions. With many options for investment, an employee is allowed to choose investment funds in a variety of markets. Our company contributes fringe earnings directly for the employee as well as a 401K match to employee contributions based on a sliding employment time scale. The AGC program is providing our team with an easy access to a significant retirement program. Just to monitor how the program was working, I personally began five years ago to participate at our employee’s level of match, the program has outperformed my other investments!
